  1. Use  GAP care pathway algorithm to aid risk assessment in early pregnancy.
  2. Plot SFH or EFW measurements until delivery on customised charts – preferably 2-3 weekly if resources permit.
  3. Phase I algorithm should be used until sonography departments have additional resources and training for Phase II.
